Works Undertaken

Complete strip out of 3000 square metre office block prior to conversion to residential apartments.

  1. Removal and disposal of all arising materials, including scrap metals, plasterboard partitions, carpet tiles, suspended ceilngs, wood products and rubbish. All materials separated for recycling accordingly.
  2. Removal and disposal of disused air conditioning system, sanitary ware, plumbing and old heating system.
  3. Value of metals assessed at quoting stage, which enabled us to allow a substantial credit and submit a very favourable quote.
  4. Removal of a small amount of non-notifiable asbestos containing materials.
  5. All works finished to clients satisfaction within 4 weeks
